[School] Nexuiz binds
I've noticed that there are people out there that dont know how to bind stuff to keys. In this tutorial i'll teach how easy it actually is to bind certain commands to a key.
Step 1: Open up your console
The best way of binding commands to keys is with your console. So you better open that up right now! If you dont know which key opens up your console, just check your controls and somewhere in the list it should say which key it is.
Step 2: Binding
Now you've found how to open up your console you can start binding commands to keys. To make it really basic this is how binding looks: bind key "command". This is ofcourse way to basic to understand wtf you actually have to do. I'll now list some exemples on which commands you can bind to your keys.
Pretty much every command you know can be binded if you do it the right way. If you got any more questions just ask me or post them here and maybe somebody else awnsers before me

- Name: bind key "name yourname", e.g.: bind n "name [LMNT]vega" (color coding works also!)
- Saying stuff: bind key "say text", e.g.: bind n "say nice one!" (color coding works also!)
- Gotomap: bind key "gotomap map", e.g.: bind l "gotomap lostspace2"
- Fov: bind key "fov ammount", e.g.: bind 0 "fov 100"
- ...

Re: [School] Nexuiz binds
i will add some more things:
If i find more on my desk, ill continue here
Waschi
- Writing in color: bind key "commandmode say ^x...", e.g.: bind t "commandmode say ^x2"
- make the chat smaller: con_chat 3, the number says how many lines u wanna see. if u wanna see the whole chat you can go to settings and bind a letter for it, its mentioned there. e.g.: its j by me.
you will finde that in: settings -> input -> communicate -> show chat history
- let a match end by time: vcall timelimit 10000 ; if its accepted it will end the match
- change to another server: vcall server ; e.g.: vcall gotoserver cra1
If i find more on my desk, ill continue here
