To give it a bit more progress, here's my idea:

Mic, you wanted to do something with your unsued Server?
Why not setting up a proper Xonotic-Server, so we got a nExuiz and a Xon-Server?

I stumbled once before over aws - and it really seem to be an interesting alternative. I'll look into it.

Meanwhile I tried xonotic - the tunichtguten ctf server - and I think I could live with it. So for me switching to xon would be fine.
Especially when considering that most of the developers also seem to have moved on.

ALL developers moved on. The community stuck with Nexuiz for a while, most of them, and then a bunch moved.

Yeah. Something wrong with that? As I told you, 'till I get a better computer I will not move on. (:

EDIT: Nope, I am not pissed, for if you guys might think that everytime I write in normal grammar and not with all this " ^^" crap, you guys mostly think I'm pissed. Meh.

Now you are kinda pre judging us, its not because we thought it once or twice that we think it every time. I think its also good to descuss this subject a bit since it was an option for element since it was created. But we didn't change because a few people were against and still are but that doesn't mean we cant look for the future. We didn't restart posting in this topic because we want to change now, we did it because there's a possobility that we want to change in the future. And then i'm talking about 1 or more years.

Mic did some research and found somethin like a free testing server for xonotic or somethig like that. This is a good thing maybe for all of us to test xonotic with a configuration of server we like. I know some people prefer the axg configuration of server but what ever. We can always edit it so everybody likes it.

Also i heard from a few xonotic players that they allready see some element playing on xonotic: Stephan, mic, freak, me and een you asgar so i know you dont want to change yet or never but if you get a better pc you will considder it again?

I'd be in the racing squad, racing isn't hard for me on this PC, doesn't lag and is smooth.

And when I get a better PC I'll probably be a normal DM/CTF player, because minsta sucks monkey dicks in Xonotic.

Yeah, I've been seen on Xonotic with my name and tag, but mostly that was when I played Xonotic on velvet's or Bodom's PC, nothing big. I've been seen on the Race servers too.

Meh, I still don't know how long I will be able to Nexuiz or Xonotic. I'm already having more sessions of getting bored than ever before. ^^

About the last part: i also have it more :/ i'm into minecraft lately

Guys, I cant speak for you, but in my case, I'm pretty annoyed about the situation in and around of Nexuiz, so I play a lot of other games atm...

If we still want together, not just in a forum only 45% of the clan uses, I think we shoud try to play other games together too.
There are many possibilities, especially in the free2play-section

Same here i play a lot of minecraft lately and that server will be 24/7 in 1-2 months

I lost the fun and mainly I'm annoyed at the server-situation.

Yeah the server is empty, true, but one thing: We're not alone. It's fucking crowded.

well i think not all llike the new DC server, so i also not. I play at least more for acc. or for my k/d then for fun. i move more to our server again.
i dislike the just playing for k/d or something else. all people just look on k/d and acc.
thats why i like ours more

and i hope i will see u soon in game freaky because its really crowded
