Server-Payment and different concepts

So guys,
i thought about the problem with the lagg on the server.
As you might now, over ~10 people gets the server laggy like hell. But not really the server, its a lagg for everybody self. So when you spec the guys, everthing is smooth
Im going to test some shit now. When i finished with it and its not solved, we'll change the provider.

I want to take a VQ12 which costs 13€
To solve this 3€ I have an idea:)
I coud ask some guys from here, if they want me to host their MC-Server. They pay atm 6€ per month and i coud offer it for 3€ per month. With this money we have the 3€ back we need.
But i think bigger.
A VQ7 can handle at least more then 4 MC-Server. And it cost 8€. You know what I'm thinkin about?
Right: Ask as many guys, if they want to get their server hosted.
1-4 slots: 2€
5-6 slots: 4€
7-8 slots: 6€
9-12 slots: 8€
Server-support by me included and provided

If we find 4 servers, which pay at least together 12€ we made 4€ win.

idea is shit.
412MB Ram isnt even enough for a fucking minecraft server.
We coud buy a Root- Server for 49/59€ + same for setup...
Ask around, if we find enough, it woud be helpfull.

So what will we do about it then? Close our server? Ask phantonomas and suthernfriend f they could also host a server for us? Because i think the lagg has nothing to do with our config or the players, its just the kind of hosting we use. Lunar told me this that it would be laggy but in the begin it wasn't so i forgot about it and now i remember he told me so.

nope.
I'll start one last try. Reinstall nexuiz on the server, put everything complete new.
And afterwards we'll see.
But i won't have the time and even less the power to manage a new hoster. Im really exhausted.
