Server config xon0.8 update 12/01/2016

As some of you saw kwakkie updated some stuff on the server. I did some things as well today and i thought i give you a little list of the things we did:

- Changed the score for flagreturn from 5 to 3;
- Changed the score for flagcarrierkill from 5 to 7;
- Added vcall shuffleteams;
- Added vcall nextmap mapname;
- Made TDM a master only command;
- Fixed the friendlyfire command;
- Changed the default botmodel to the megaeberus instead of eberus.

Nice thing about the models, many complained about it to be to dark
