hope someone might help me ^^

Hi guys, im writing here cause i have a stupid prob no way i can solve out...
every time I play 1on1 i hear a rly strange noise, and Till now I didnt manage to mute it, so it affects my poor gameplay, ofc, at least i cant hear spawns...
does someone have any ideas? Obviously i checked my audio set up, and even tried to use another pair of headphones but no way, it persists.. And the weird thing i have it only on some server, such as prophets and EAC, not on element ctf server i.e.
u know Im too lazy to reinstall the game, and anyway not so sure id would work once done...

Ye, im sorry its quite uncomplete... On xonotic only, never have this sort of problem on mex eventhough i use the same audio setting..
and its a kind of metallic noise, i think i had already told..

I know that the prophets changes a lot of things in their server... so maybe it comes from these changes that you can't support on your pc or something like that... I don't really know cause I don't have this problem but may you can ask to maniac_su if it comes from their server I hope it can help you.

you can just try to delete all zzz files

also... but some zzz files are maps... so if you delete all of these you'll surely delete your strange thing but you will have to download all the things needed but if I were you I will follow Vega's indication

zzz files aren't maps lol they are modifications for a server

just shooting here:
backup your config.cfg file
delete the config.cfg
play
if the problem is solved, u had some bad settings.
if the problem is not solved, copy back ur settings, the problem is somewhere else
