Ok this topic is to make a few things clear:


Permissions:

- Announcements: Only admins can make a topic, from now on also element members CAN reply.
- Other News: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Say hi!: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Applications: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Results: Only admins can make a topic, ONLY element members can reply
- Challange us!: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Funwar Multimedia: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Server Rules: Only admins can open a topic, ONLY element members can reply
- Server Status: Only admins can open a topic, ONLY element members can reply
- Server Descussion: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Server Banlist: Only admins can open a topic and only admins can reply
- Music: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Media and Screenshots: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Questions and Help: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic
- Spam: Everybody can make a topic/reply to a topic


Groups:

Groups just display the membership or trialmembership nothing else.


Ranks:

Ranks display who the admins are etc.

Maybe you can make perm-link for the ember, so you dont need to update it always.
