Can someone program with Java-Script or C#?

can anyone program in Java-Script or C#?
i'm planning of making a game with Unity or Blender.
But my program skills aren't that good :p

ow well i can use PRE-made scripts first but it would be nice if we could make our own..

There are many good tutorials in the internet, especially at the unity side for java-scriptin. Its a complete user-guide! Bit hard to read, but understandable.
BTW, you can't make a game with Blender, its for the 3d Stuff

Addiditional, that you have to do really EVERYTHING on your own
