The look of the forum

So it has been a while since the forum had a new look, in fact we still have the first one that i made but i feel like its not that good looking. Thats why i hope that somebody wishes to give it a try to design the forum look. I will give that person acess to the admin panel of my testforum or even on this forum so he/she can see how it looks.
